I wish to show my utmost respect to Grimro (Prydwen math guy) for publicly acknowledging the damage that was done to the perception of characters by the "solo calculations" in his DPS rankings on Prydwin. Although it was lacking, Phantylia's appearance this time was just an introduction. Welt is strong for both halves, but I would prefer using him for the second half as it is way more convenient to fight against the gatekeeper with Welt's debuff.
